The experienced managers of Anderson & House are dedicated to schedule and budget goals, but more importantly they are committed to their customers and associates. Because they know that maintaining productive, friendly relationships is key to being a successful leader.

Chris Wilson - President

Chris Wilson has been working in the construction industry since 1977 when he worked as a carpenter, framing houses to support his college expenses. Chris earned a degree from Oklahoma State University in Construction Management Engineering Technology, graduating in May 1982. He started his professional career with Yordi Construction working as an estimator/project manager and came to work for AHI in April 1985 working in the same capacity. Since working with AHI he worked his way up to becoming the President and 50% owner in 1997. Chris handles all the business transactions for AHI as well as contract negotiations and providing senior estimating support. He has certifications from the American Institute of Constructors (State of Oklahoma Certified Construction Manager), as well designation from the American Society of Healthcare Engineering for Construction in Healthcare facilities. He is a board member for the Oklahoma Chapter of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) and past president of the AGC. Finance Chairman for Christ the King Catholic Church, member of Rotary Club #29 (Downtown OKC), board of directors for the Travelers Aid & Homeless Assistance Center. Married to Kathy with two children Megan and Sam.

Ron Hixon - Vice-President

Ron Hixon has been with our company since 1987 and became Vice-President and 50% owner in 1997. Prior to 1987, Ron has compiled quite an impressive resume starting as a carpenter apprentice in 1974 and working his way up through the ranks of various degrees of supervision. Ron has an uncanny way of getting "The Most" out of his employees and he carries himself in a way that lets you know that he is YOUR representative. When it comes to the means and methods of taking your project from start to finish, there is no comparison.

Kris Menz - Project Manager/Estimator

Kris came to Anderson & House in January 2008 with a somewhat atypical background for the commercial construction industry. Kris received his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University in 2002. Upon graduating, Kris spent 3.5 years as a loan officer at a local bank specializing in construction lending while simultaneously operating a successful real estate investment company focused on renovating distressed properties and new home construction. When the chance to join Anderson & House as a project manager presented itself, Kris eagerly took advantage of the opportunity to apply his knowledge to the arena of commercial construction.

Chris Hurt - Field Manager/General Superintendent

Chris Hurt has been working in the construction industry since 1982 when he broke out as a carpenter for Wynn Construction. It didn't take long for his supervisors to see that they had someone special on their hands. He soon was promoted to Site Superintendent in 1985 and came on board with Anderson & House in 1989. Since his convergence with AHI, he once again proved that his professionalism and workmanship was far above being involved in just one project. The quality of work that he demanded is what AHI stands for; therefore he was promoted to General Superintendent/Field Manager in the late 90's. He has proven that our vision for him is what he was born to do. He is truly a "Customer's Best Friend" and to this day is involved with every project helping with scheduling, supervision, materials and equipment management but above all he is the strongest link in our chain of quality control.

Miguel Troncoso - Project Manager

Miguel began his professional career with Anderson & House, Inc. in 2004 after graduating with a Degree in Engineering Technology in Construction Management. His family background in the construction industry has impelled him to become an enthusiastic project manager. He has proven great experience coordinating trades, developing relationships, building positive rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors, and clients. Maintaining costs under project estimates, impending design problems, document preparation, building code compliancy and material purchasing are all apart of his daily routine.
